I sleep again
I am a 49y.o. woman and recently started experiencing first symptoms of perimenopause such as very light sleep, not being able to fall asleep again, waking up 2-5 times a night. Exhausting.
On the third night of taking Reishi I slept the whole night without any interruption. My sleep went from 2-3/10 to 7/10. I feel alive and functioning in the morning.
The taste is bitter and earthy, and I really like it. I take it with a spoon and then drink some tea. It has no aftertaste. I find that that bitterness is too much for a while cup of tea.

Love it!
I have noticed such an instant improvement in my sleep after using inner atlas reishi, I've been making evening reishi smoothies with banana, cinnamon, nutmeg and magnesium and have finally started feeling tired in the evenings and it leads to such a restful sleep! My partner noticed the same thing and sleeping much deeper. Thank you!
