Our Chocolate Bark recipe is made from scratch with a delicious unity of Dusk Blend with Reishi mushroom, macadamia nut, goji berry and rose. It’s one of the recipes we love to make across the festive season as it’s so easy to whip up and have ready to go for any get-together. 

Crafted with love and simplicity, this Chocolate Bark is brimming with antioxidants and we like to think of it as a subtle heart opener fitting for a harmonious festive season.

Reishi mushroom in our Dusk Blend is known as a heart tonic offering cardiovascular and nervous system support. In Daoist tradition, this revered mushroom is thought to not only cultivate a state of calm but also allow the spirit to shine forth.

While Reishi is the queen of mushrooms, rose is thought to be the queen of flowers. While rose has been used traditionally to calm inflammation it’s also thought to have stress-relieving and mood-supporting properties.

Goji berries are bursting with antioxidants, vitamin C, and beta-carotene, supporting longevity and healthy ageing. It's also thought that Himalayan monks used goji berries to promote mediative states and support longevity and stamina. 

Macadamia nuts are not just balls of buttery goodness. They are antioxidant-dense, full of flavonoids and vitamin E.

Lastly dark chocolate. Chocolate just makes everyone happy, right?! With our chocolate recipe, you have full permission to enjoy it guilt-free as it's sugar-free (just a dash of monk fruit to sweeten) and made with raw cacao powder and Dusk Blend. Dusk, with Australian native Davidson plum as a hero ingredient, brings a beautiful berry-like plum flavour to the chocolate.


Recipe Notes:

Serves: 10 to 15 | Prep time: 10 minutes | Cooking time: 30 minutes



¾ cup of raw cacao powder

¼ cup Inner Atlas Dusk Blend

½ cup cacao butter

½ cup coconut oil

1 tbsp monk fruit sweetener

¼ tsp good quality salt

½ cup macadamia nuts

½ cup goji berries

¼ cup rose petals



Line a large flat baking tray with baking paper and set aside.

Roughly chop the macadamia nuts into smaller pieces and set aside.

To prepare the chocolate gently melt the coconut oil and cacao butter and add to a mixing bowl. Add cacao powder, Dusk Blend, monk fruit and salt to the bowl and stir until the mixture resembles a glossy melted chocolate. 

With a spatula spread the chocolate evenly across the baking tray.

Sprinkle macadamia nuts, goji berries and rose petals across the top of the chocolate.

Place in the freezer for at least 30 minutes to set.


After the Chocolate Bark has set remove it from the freezer break it into rough pieces and enjoy with loved ones right away or store refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
