Ginger and peach white iced tea with Lion's Mane medicinal mushroom on a picnic rug

Recipe ~ Peach and Ginger Iced Tea with Lion’s Mane Mushroom

We’re basking in the lingering warmth of summer with a hydration game that’s on point.

This peach and ginger iced tea with Lion’s Mane is like sipping on a burst of sunshine and spice.

Lion’s Mane medicinal mushroom is known for its capacity to support memory, mood and focus. Its cognitive enhancing potential is the reason it is classed as a potent natural nootropic. Nootropics are substances that are deemed to boost the functions of the brain without any significant side effects. It’s for this reason we love working with Lion’s Mane to enhance our creative flow and for those times when we’re looking for a bit of added mental energy without turning to caffeine.

We often refer to Lion's Mane as brain juice, perfect for dropping you into an afternoon of creative flow. In this recipe, this super-shroom is backed up by ginger and white tea for a polyphenol boost, and white peach which delivers a sprinkle of sweetness along with vitamins C, A, E & K plus a profile of antioxidants.
