Back to re-order. Has helped me get through a challenging couple of months at work. I made the switch from the CBD I was taking as on Reishi I could still stay clear but keep relaxed. CBD made me drowsy. Writing this in the hope that this might help others going through a challenging time. Cheers Matt.

Recently come off anti anxiety meds and Reishi has been a great support. Been taking a quarter teaspoon in the morning and before bed. After I've taken my morning dose I feel a lot calmer and at night it helps me sleep. Appreciate how kind and supportive the Inner Atlas team have been. So happy to have Reishi in my life.
