There’s something so soothing and grounding about a warm cup of tea when the temperature drops.
This tea recipe is not only comforting but is incredibly immune-supporting to keep your defences strong across the cooler months.
Turkey Tail
Turkey Tail mushroom is known as a deeply regenerative adaptogen, used to strengthen immune defences and whole-body resilience. The active compounds in this super-shroom are thought to help elevate the immune response and work to regulate and support overall immune system health. Our Inner Atlas Turkey Tail is 100% water-soluble and is perfect for making a tonic tea.

Ginger
Ginger’s main active compound is gingerol which has both anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects as well as supporting digestive discomfort.
Turmeric
A warming, vibrant spice, turmeric packs a punch with anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and anti-bacterial properties.
On daily rotation during the winter months, this tea is one of our favourites. We hope you enjoy it!
