Heavenly Mango, Macadamia & Lion's Mane Smoothie Bowl
Here’s a little a something we whipped up as a weekend treat – Mango and Macadamia smoothie bowl spiked with Lion’s Mane.
This heavenly bowl is so simple to make and may have you feeling like you’re indulging in a bowl of ice-cream.
1 cup frozen organic mango pieces
1 cup coconut milk
¼ cup macadamia nuts, plus extra to add on top
½ - 1 tsp Inner Atlas Lion’s Mane
Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until fully combined. It’s important to use frozen mango pieces to achieve the thick texture.
Top with extra macadamia nuts, a squeeze of lime and if you have access to, Australian native finger lime or lemon verbena.
